Cancellation Policy

Our automated appointment scheduler collects payment at the time the appointment is set and accepts all major Visa and MasterCard credit cards and debit cards. Upon completion of the appointment-setting process, you will be emailed a confirmation notice. CANCELLATION POLICY If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the consultation, the fee is refundable minus a $25 administration cost.
